THIRTYSEVEN WOODFIRED GRILL & BAR
Hoi An's Original Wood Fired Kitchen
Cooking on the coals of coffee and cashew woods is the heart of ThirtySeven Woodfired Grill & Bar Cuisine. ThirtySeven utilises different cooking methods from direct grilling, smoking, slow burning wood-fired oven and open Asado style fire pit. The focus is on locally-sourced ingredients and seafood alongside imported premium steaks, all paired with a touch of local flavors and inspirations. A must try is the Dry Aged beef on the bone, cooked over the open wood fired grill.

The Bar @ ThirtySeven
After entering ThirtySeven Woodfired Grill & Bar, a grand copper bar welcomes you.
The Barman is the star attraction here, serving a selection of perfectly mixed classic cocktails and some interesting ‘Bartenders Selections’ utilising local ingredients with premium spirits. If its not on the menu, the bar team are more than able to craft a cocktail to your taste.
Above the Bar is ThirtySeven’s walk in wine cellar with a range of 60+ bottles of wine from new world to old world styles. Step inside the cellar to select a bottle for a tipple or to pair with one of ThirtySeven’s premium dry aged steaks.
Set in a hidden space above the dining rooms is The Hoi An Cigar Club. A quiet space to relax after dinner and enjoy a fine Cuban cigar paired some fine spirits from the whiskey bar.
Featuring a carefully selected range of over 20 kinds of Cuban cigars, whiskies, aged rums, Cognacs and Armagnacs.
The space is also home to a range of photographs of Cuban people and landscapes from renowned French photographer Réhahn http://www.rehahnphotographer.com/
