Soul Kitchen Overview

Food and drinks

Soul Kitchen is a little piece of Heaven on Hoi An’s most popular beach. With plenty of sunbeds in front of the restaurant, you can enjoy a Vietnamese coffee and some local food for lunch and then go for a swim. The extensive menu has both Vietnamese and International selections, and vegetarians are well catered for too. See the Soul Kitchen Menu.

If you are planning to go to Soul Kitchen for dinner, there are lots of cocktails to choose from, as well as beers and liquors, with prices starting from 40,000 VND (1.70 USD) for a draught beer and cocktails from around 85,000 VND (3.60 USD). See the complete Soul Kitchen Drink List.

Entertainment

Soul Kitchen is one of the best venues in the city for music, with live performances happening from Thursday to Sunday every week, starting at 5.30 pm. Look out for bands such as the Favela, who dish up cool latino and bossa nova sounds and Johnny Congo, the local rockabilly king. You’ll also find dance music including electro, new wave and acid house setting a party scene at other times.

Review of Soul Kitchen in Hoi An

Hoi An is full of great places to eat and have romantic dinners in beautiful settings, but for holiday makers and party goers, nothing beats a well-spent evening at a beach bar after a whole day exploring the bustling Old Town.

Soul Kitchen has good food and even better cocktails, and both locals and travelers go there for the atmosphere and the music. It’s ideally situated for relaxing afternoons when you can take in some sun and enjoy a cold beer, or for memorable evenings, gazing at the sea and listening to talented artists performing live.
