Salt Pub & Restaurant Overview

Food, Drinks and Sport

This ocean view bar is a sister to the Beachside Boutique Resort and is situated just across the road. Expect to find beautiful views, top-class service, delectable dishes and a unique selection of cocktails, spirits and craft beers.

Salt Pub & Restaurant manages to combine them all in one place – it’s perfect to enjoy a full English Breakfast in the morning and ideally situated so you can have a cold beer and a sandwich in the middle of the day, while relaxing on one of their lounge chairs. The kitchen is English Pub style with steak specials during the week and Roast Beef with all the trimmings on Sundays.

For many, Salt Pub & Restaurant is a fantastic place to watch sports, even though it is not a dedicated sport bar. It’s also a brilliant spot for families with a large lawn area to run around in and the beach just meters away. Talk about diversity, eh?

Beachside Boutique Resort

If you are looking for a place to stay in Hoi An that gives you easy access to the beach as well as to the good restaurants and bars in town, Beachside Boutique Resort, situated just across the road from Salt Pub & Restaurant, has spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a penthouse apartment available. The resort also has different villas that you can choose from if you are aiming at a more comfortable stay. Read more about it on their official website.

Review of Salt Pub in Hoi An

At Salt Pub & Restaurant you’ve a great selection of views and vibes, depending on what you are looking for. If you want to watch sports, the bar area near the entrance is for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for a rather more relaxed or even romantic atmosphere, take a table overlooking the beach or one of the incredibly comfortable sofas on the deck in the shade. There’s also a range of beach loungers and cabanas by the water’s edge and an Open Mic on Sundays.

In order to welcome everybody, Salt Pub & Restaurant has a grassy area where kids can play safely while their parents sip on a cup of coffee. Our advice is to head there for breakfast (from 7am to 10.30am) and come back on another day for dinner. Salt is also a super place simply to lounge about with a beer or two and watch the world go by in all its glory.
